SUMMARY

OBSERVED RESULT
In the autostart menu i can see some autostart apps from xdg

EXPECTED RESULT
but i dont see any programs that autostart from /etc/xdg/autostart/ even though there in there and get excecuded.

Entries from /etc/xdg/autostart/ are intentionally not shown. Generally they are implementation details of the system and not relevant to the user
