SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Navigate to any folder
3. Press ctrl + t

OBSERVED RESULT
A new tab opens, with the current folder, and there is no setting, to change this behaviour.

EXPECTED RESULT
There is a setting, to switch between ctrl + t opening a new tab with the current folder, or the home directory.
