SUMMARY
When I hover over the extra information button for it to show me extra information, it shows and hides the tooltip infinitely.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Open Quick settings kcm
3. Hover over the "Send user feedback" extra information button that is located on the right side of the slider. 

OBSERVED RESULT
It shows and hides the tooltip.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip should be hidden after the pointer goes outside its area.

This has been removed for Plasma 5.27.
