OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
The floating tile should not overlay with the other tile.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon Testing
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Another bug that this causes is it prevents you from deleting the tiles, the only solution is to load a layout.

but this remains and is important. It happens if tiles are stacked as the outer tile's handling dismisses the UI on click.
