SUMMARY
Window thumbnails don't work on my AMD notebook - wayland session

Thumbnail windows don't work on my AMD notebook, it didn't even work on Plasma 5.26, I think it's a regression because they worked before.
I specified AMD hardware, because on the other Intel notebook there are no problems. In the log I often find this error " Failed connect to PipeWire: Couldn't connect PipeWire", I don't know if it is related.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any application
2. hover the pointer over the task manager icon


OBSERVED RESULT
you see the empty thumbnail

EXPECTED RESULT
you should see the thumbnail of the (application) window

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
openSUSE Tumbleweed (repo factory) KDE Plasma 5.26.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In Xorg session no problem.

Should be fixed in 5.27.0, or you can try to build KPipewire with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kpipewire/-/commit/67f8d36cf3e0364adc9cbd380ffb1ad4dca5b155
