Pressing shortcut keys displayed inside plugins (eg Ctrl + Alt + H for ssh-manager) regardless of the plugin is active or not results in an error popup prompting to enable that plugin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Ctrl + Alt + H
2. See error popup: please enable the plugin on Plugins -> SSH manager
3. Open the plugin from menu to see that is indeed the shortcut shown.

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
Toggle the plugin
