In
Systemsettings -> Window Management -> Window Behavior -> Window Actions
on can define an action to be carried out when using a modifier key and a mouse action.
Here, I used the mouse wheel action to quickly move an app to the next/previous desktop by using the Meta + mouse wheel on the titlebar.
Now I have switched to using activities and found that there is no corresponding option available.
Hence, I propose that such a feature is added. :)
