STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch the Kmail Anti-Spam Wizard (Tools -> Anti-Spam Wizard)

OBSERVED RESULT
Kmail reports "Sorry, no spam detection tools have been found"

EXPECTED RESULT
Kmail correctly identifies and uses Spamassassin version 4.0.0.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

kdepim-addons only greps for version 2 or 3 [1]. I have not verified that the wizard or implementation will work with 4.0.0.
