STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I editted some pdf and then saved
2. I opened the same pdf to edit
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
some features stopped working (ex.: text selection,underline, highlight,squiggle,draw arrow) although the same features are working on other pdf files. I reopened the file many times and restarted and did updates but still the same result.

If can not make the document public is not of much use, i mean if you send it to me, only I can potentially fix it, and I'm very busy, if you make it public, potentially everyone can fix the bug.

I totally understand but public. I am afraid of being fined for copyrights stuff ... I will send it to you directly and whenever possible to fix it please do and more importantly if you can tell me how to mitigate this next times.
