SUMMARY
Can reproduce with Dolphin and Vivaldi internet browser.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open dolphin and maximize it
3. if the information panel of Dolphin is activated, deactivate it by pressing F11
4. open a folder containing an amount of files enough to enable the scroll bar
5. repeatedly try to scroll the files list by clicking while the mouse pointer is resting against the right edge of the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
sometimes the files list is scrolled, sometimes it is not. 

EXPECTED RESULT
clicks should work consistently while the mouse pointer is resting against the right edge of the screen
