STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Digital Clock settings
2. click on 'Time Zones' in the left side
3. click on 'Add time zones' button

OBSERVED RESULT
time zones list partially in grey. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
time zones list entirely in the same color

Can reproduce, how strange.

This may be an issue in QQC2.CheckDelegate, which we're using with no modification.

Can't reproduce anymore; probably fixed by Fushan Wen with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/commit/8111eedc52bbd82e11e961a19860f265a6dd0e5a!
