SUMMARY
Since couple days I can see error like below when try to update system by Discover

Package failed to install:
Error while installing package: trying to overwrite &apos;/usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/libkscreen5_qt.qm&apos;, which is also in package libkf5screen7
</cut>

In terminal:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo pkcon update
...
Fatal error: Error while installing package: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/libkscreen5_qt.qm', which is also in package libkf5screen7

should be resolved by new libkscreen8  - see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464642
