1. Try to open the kickoff app

Also, I get with an "apt-get check":
I seguenti pacchetti hanno dipendenze non soddisfatte:
 breeze : Depends: kde-style-breeze (= 4:5.26.5+p22.04+tstable+git20230110.0428-0) but version 4:5.26.5+p22.04+tstable+git20230122.0036-0 is installed
          Depends: kwin-style-breeze (= 4:5.26.5+p22.04+tstable+git20230110.0428-0) but version 4:5.26.5+p22.04+tstable+git20230122.0036-0 is installed
 plasma-workspace-wayland : Depends: plasma-workspace (= 4:5.26.5+p22.04+tstable+git20230122.0052-0) but version 4:5.26.5+p22.04+tstable+git20230114.0040-0 is installed

And also with a pkcon refresh and pkcon update, I get:
Errore irreversibile: Error while installing package: tentata sovrascrittura di "/usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/libkscreen5_qt.qm" presente anche nel pacchetto libkf5screen7

You're missing the relevant plasma-workspace module. It looks like either your packages weren't installed correctly during an update or the packaging itself is wrong. Try force installing the relevant packages again. If that doesn't work, it might be a KDE Neon packaging issue.

This is the error I get by Discover:

Aggiornamento di 1 pacchetto non riuscito
Error while installing package: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/libkscreen5_qt.qm', which is also in package libkf5screen7 
***

Now I'm trying to update again the packages, through Discover, in order to see if everything is solved with the daily update.

And this is the error, again, with pkcon commands:

I think the problem is in the installation packages

For me the bug is solved, the system updated normally yesterday.
