SUMMARY
I have the Contacts entry set to "Show when relevant", and IMO the icon isn't relevant when there are no contacts to show.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kalendar
2. Have no contacts in your contact book
3. Set the Contacts system tray entry to "Show when relevant"

OBSERVED RESULT
The contacts icon shows in the system tray

EXPECTED RESULT
The contacts icon shouldn't show in the system tray
