For example https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/telly-skout/-/commit/d2773bb2f777b7f9c2457719c622cf899385ae9e changed only the date. These commits are only bloat in the commit history without any benefit.

Possible solutions:
- remove revision date from po's
- change bot to filter empty updates before git commit
