In step 2, what are you double-clicking to copy the image to the clipboard? When you manage to copy it, does it appear in the Clipboard popup in the system tray? What is the "save screenshot to draft" option you're referring to? Where is it; where does it live? (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > In step 2, what are you double-clicking to copy the image to the clipboard? > > When you manage to copy it, does it appear in the Clipboard popup in the > system tray? > > What is the "save screenshot to draft" option you're referring to? Where is > it; where does it live? Under KDE shortcuts I select Spectacle and assign the activity "take screenshot of selection" to the Print button. I select the area and double click in the middle, normally that copies the selection. I am not sure, I can copy it with the "copy to clipboard button". I need to launch spectacle to do that, an activity I assigned to "meta+print". If I only use the copy activity, spectacle stays in the background all the time, which is nice. The "save sceeenshot to draft" button is on the spectacle window, right next to the selected screenshot preview. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 463199 *** |
