STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Main menu: Click Help - Online handbook

OBSERVED RESULT
The application digikam could not be found. Please check if you entered the name correctly, or use the navigation on the left to access the complete KDE User Documentation.

EXPECTED RESULT
Online handbook is displayed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This should be fixed according to Bug ID 464468 but it is not. Regression?

Already fixed in next 7.10.0. See this announcement about re-writting documentation.
