SUMMARY
I often use kate to work on projects on a remote server, with the filesystem panel on the left. However, when I create e.g., a new folder in the terminal, and do reload in kate via the context menu, it does not show up.

I found two workarounds, but they are not very nice:
- Restarting kate
- creating a folder inside kate via context menu does update filesystem panel correctely afterwards

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a remote sftp location in kate filesystem panel
2. ssh to the location in a terminal, and create a directory somewhere
3. click contextmenu -> reload in the filesystem panel

OBSERVED RESULT
filesystem panel does not show new directory

EXPECTED RESULT
filesystem panel does show new directory
