SUMMARY
Error opening .psd files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Create a .psd file using any program (I've tested using Krita and Infinite Painter for Android and Photoshop for Windows)
2. Open the file.

OBSERVED RESULT
The canvas is empty of with some thiny horizontal coloured lines. 
A message says that the file is read protected.

EXPECTED RESULT
To get an image to work with.

Hi, thank you for the report!

This has already been fixed, so I am going to mark it as duplicate, but the fix hasn't been released yet.
