Looks sort of similar to Bug 400835. Unfortunately the backtrace is missing debug symbols that would help us debug further. Any chance you can install or compile plasma-framework, plasma, and system monitor with debug symbols, then regenerate the backtrace or get a new one? Created attachment 155381 [details] The kcrash file from DrKonqi just after the crash SUMMARY I was trying to add the CPU usage chart to the desktop from the context menu "Add chart as desktop widget" in System Monitor app. On right-clicking on the desktop widget & choosing "Remove", plasmashell crashed. This doesn't happen every time, so I have no idea exactly how to reproduce it. This bug may be a possible duplicate of or related to 441728, 440265, 435192, 434823, 459958. DrKonqi gave a kcrash file along with a backtrace, so I am attaching it here.
