SUMMARY
As latte dock is stalled, users will migrate back to default panel. However taskmanager lacks parity for people used to working with latte and other docks (ie dockbarx). Task manager already has 'Activate x entry' shortcuts but not 'new instance of x entry'  and 'Cycling x entry's group backwards' that latte has.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. shift + meta + 1 does not create new instance of the first positional entry in task manager
2. ctrl + meta + 1 does not reversely cycle the group of the first positional entry in task manager
