Hi,

This is too little information for a Bug Report, I can't tell what you are trying to copy paste, how you are copy-pasting, which various ways to copy-paste you have tried, whether you have a selection, and what kind of image you are working on. If you intended to file a Bug Report, I will need a list of steps to reproduce.

If you just wanted help and not file a Bug Report, we recommend using Krita-Artists.org instead.

I put copy image and when I paste it, it automatically goes to brush and
does not paste anything and does not cut the images either.

In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information.

Sorry, but we really need more information. It  is unlikely that there is an issue with copy/paste in Krita, otherwise hundreds of thousands of people would be unable to work. So there must be something else happening.

* have tried with a clean configuration (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)?
* does this happen for you with all files, or with a specific file? If the latter, please attach the file
* ideally, make a screen recording of the complete Krita window that shows this issue happening and attach it to the bug report.
