Created attachment 155278 [details] screenshot of a selected object When an object is selected, the white text of its name and properties on light blue background looks pretty harsh to the eyes, while it is definitely readable, it's still unpleasant and you have to focus your eyes harder. My suggestion would be to keep the text color black as if the object was never selected and stayed in normal state, just keeping the light blue background as a hint for selection while also removing the irritating, old-fashioned, Windows XP-era, dotted highlight box around the object's name.
