SUMMARY
High resolution images in articles are too large for comfortable viewing; they extend beyond the viewport.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Subscribe to a feed with large images in Akregator, such as https://itsfoss.com/feed/
2. View an article containing large images

OBSERVED RESULT
Large images extend beyond the viewport. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Large images are constrained to within the boundaries of the viewport.

I have the same issue on my device. I can zoom to the smallest size and high resolution images will still appear to be massive in the feed viewer of Akregator
