Is kactivitymanagerd running? *** Bug 464129 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** (In reply to Zamundaaa from comment #1) > Is kactivitymanagerd running? Yes it is Well, after 2 or 3 restarts, all is back to normal. 'Show in Activities' appears again in the menu and the taskbar respects the 'Show only tasks from current activity'. Let me clarify I had already restarted after the update. So I'm wondering: could be some issue related to a cached file? Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! Could it be that all other activities were stopped? Because this is the behavior I observed in that case. Personally, I'd say that the menu should still stay there, because it would be a quick way to resume an activity, i.e. by moving a window to that activity. It wasn't the case. I could switch from one activity to another, so they weren't stopped Also got hit by this a couple of time after updates (it happened today after update neon packages to Framework 104). Had to reboot twice to see again the "Show in Activities" menu in window title bar (the same menu did not disappear in the task manager). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 422682 *** |
