After upgrading from Neon based on 20.04 to Neon 22.04 the Display Configuration interface is unable to correctly configure and manage the external monitor connected via HDMI. The monitor is detected but in the upper area where the user can drag screens to re-arrange them the External monitor is not shown at all.
I'm using a Precision 7740 with NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 Mobile.

1. Connect external 4k monitor on the HDMI port
2. Launch "Display Configuration" from System Settings
3. Enable the external monitor device

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to Drag screens to re-arrange them because the image of the screen does not appear.
