I am not entirely sure in which category this belongs to, so please correct it if it's wrong... sorry!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open (for example) Filelight and scan anything you want
2.  Make the Filelight app inactive by clicking on any other open app (or the desktop)
3.  Hover over Filelight's pie chart with your cursor so a popup appears

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup appears in it's own window in the middle of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Popup should appear the same as when the app is active.

Ok, Filelight seems to be fixed in git master, but Dolphin still exhibits this issue.

Dolphin case was reported as bug 453532
