SUMMARY

Using gwenview-1:22.12.0-1 and kf5-kipi-plugins-22.12.0-1 no plugins are available and no plugins menu displayed.
Installing previous versions solves the problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kf5-kipi-plugins-22.12.0-1 and gwenview-1:22.12.0-1
2. Launch gwenview

OBSERVED RESULT
Plugins menu is missing

EXPECTED RESULT
Plugins menu is visible and plugins work.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Problem is fixed by installing version 21.12.2 of each package.

I noticed this, looks like it has been removed see the other report.
