STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a ring
2. Apply G'Mic Blur [radial] filter

OBSERVED RESULT
The image looks correct in the preview window, but when I apply it, it looks like its drawn in a box and has hard edges

EXPECTED RESULT
Filter will draw beyond the canvas

From the first preview, it looks like the layer size is passed, not the image size, and then because these filters grow the layer, the returned data is clipped. So I can confirm the issue.
