SUMMARY

IMAP Email resource not waking up from offline
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup IMAP Email resource in contact
2. Wait for a while (resource goes to offline)
3. Wake machine up and there resource is not going back to online

OBSERVED RESULT
I need to manually set the resource back to online and most often even restart the agent with right click / restart account

EXPECTED RESULT
Resource changes back to online by itself fast.
