libmms is optional *at build time*. If KGet was built with mms support, which Arch does, then it has to be also installed at runtime, which Arch doesn't. Please report this to Arch Please don't. libmms is correctly listed as an optional dependency because it is used by a plugin, which is optional at runtime by definition.
