SUMMARY
At least tablets can show the GUI properly. However, without buttons for ctrl, tab etc. using Konsole is rather uncomfortable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try to autocomplete a command, abort a running program, recall the last executed command...

OBSERVED RESULT
Doesn't work.

EXPECTED RESULT
There's something like https://invent.kde.org/plasma-mobile/qmlkonsole/-/blob/master/src/contents/ui/TerminalKeyToolBar.qml.
