SUMMARY
Probably not best place to post this, but ... I've created new winter theme and I'd like to submit it. Is there some procedure?
Couldn't find anything on webs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create awesome seasonal theme
2. Find way to publish it in public domain
3. Profit

OBSERVED RESULT
My theme is not submitted

EXPECTED RESULT
My theme is submitted

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE : Prawn OS on Asus Chromebook

Also, my apology, on my system only old version of kpat is available (20.12.1) .. now I see (on my other computer) that store website is mentioned in gui.
