Hi,

I tried to reproduce this issue by doing this:
1 - I set LC_MONETARY=en_EN.UTF-8 to enable english monetary format
2- I started the skrooge and open the dashboard

Result: the unit is at the right place: https://i.imgur.com/eye6fG7.png

Could you give me more details ?
What is your skrooge version ?
What is your distribution ?
What is your LC_MONETARY ?

Hi,
Do you have this issue only on this dashboard widget or on all ?
Do you still have the issue if you switch the dashboard in QML from the settings ?
Comment 4 Robert Anderson 2023-02-09 22:41:41 UTC
Hi.............Appears in the dashboard and also when I switch from
dashboard to accounts.

I installed the Denaro personal finance program, to see how it appears,
and the £ appears in the proper place in that. So it would appear the
problem is peculiar to Skrooge.

Hi,

Could you check your KDE regional settings ?
For that, you must launch systemsettings from the console.

Hi,

I am running Linux Mint Cinnamon, attached are the locale settings.
The Skrooge version is a flatpack. Not sure if I have KDE regional
settings.

Comment 9 Stephane MANKOWSKI 2023-10-01 20:46:52 UTC
This seems to be due to flatpak.
You can find some information here: https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/3712

I close this ticket because this is not a bug in skrooge code.

Regards.
