I'm sorry, but this is not a bug in Krita, but either a bug in the Huion tablet driver or in a local configuration. You can try to switch between wintab and windows 8 pointer api in Krita's settings to try both Huion's drivers, but there's nothing in krita's code that can cause this, so we cannot fix this.
