When I get an update on Discover and I click "more info" it only shows the version number, for example : 1.4.29 > 1.4.30, no content about what changed.
gnome-software when available you can view the changelog, attached a screenshot.
This offers a convenience to see if those packages have high priority bugfixes or not, in order to decide whether to update now or delay the update.

Discover does show package changelogs, if the distro provides them. If you're running Discover on the same system that you ran GNome Software on, then they should both be showing you the same updates and Discover should show package changelogs too. Can you provide a screenshot of it not doing so?

Discover

Yes and thanks for replying!
I noticed that for flatpak APPs from flathub repository it shows changelogs, for "rpm" APPs it doesn't. I use Fedora 37 KDE.
As you can see from the screenshot when there are system updates and I click on "Fedora Updates" it shows only the version number as a change, the same if I click on "more info".

Discover: 5.26.4

Aha! This is because you're using offline updates (which is good)! Package changelogs for offline updates are coming in Plasma 5.27.
