I checked it on Xorg/X11 and there is still no preview even when tabbing out of a game but when you tab out of a game all windows preview change to icon only. https://odysee.com/@Velodrome:9/x11-xorg-alt-tabbing:4 I checked with two games on wayland and the effect is the same as on Xorg. Instead of the black screen there is either a blank/transparent screen or icons. Do you have the kpipewire package installed? What GPU are you using?
