SUMMARY
Gwenview, Dolphin, SDDM, Lock Screen, Wallpaper are affected by missing support of jp2 (jpeg2000) support

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "opj_compress" or:
2. Use "gm convert inputphoto.png outputphoto.jp2"

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Gwenview missing thumbnail of jp2
2. Gwenview missing support to display jp2
3. No wallpeper if jp2
4. Borken SSDM and lock screen,
