Active sound icon does not match the window/application that actually plays sounds.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two or more apps.
2. Play video or music.
3. If you mute/click on speaker/sound icon it stops playing in different window.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sound icon does not match the app icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Sound icon matches right application icon. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Artix 6.0.12-artix1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.101.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7

In this case I am using Freetube (flatpak).

In each screenshot, which app is currently playing audio?

And in each screenshot, which app's audio is muted when you click on each of the speaker icon overlay?

In the both screenshot the audio is playing in Freetube app and in both cases Freetube is muted.
