STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect HDMI
2. Not working/ running this in terminal fixes
xrandr -q
3. Close terminal

OBSERVED RESULT
Needs to run command to make HDMI to work

EXPECTED RESULT
Need to work out of box plugging in only without making any commands.
