SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Directory View desktop mode
2. Add some icons on the desktop
3. Reboot OS

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons rearrange every reboot

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons' location is the same as specified

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Kubuntu 22.10
KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.25.5 (bug occurs also with 5.26.4)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

Icons size: Small
Icons auto-arrange - off
With preview - on
Locked - off (when locked, bug also occurs)

Looks like reloading Dark Breeze theme with Desktop Layout and recustomizing desktop fixed the issue.
