Mouse cursor on gtk3-demo

SUMMARY
Inside GTK apps, the mouse cursor looks blurry and pixelated unless the Adwaita cursor theme is used.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Start a GTK app (e.g. gtk3-demo, gtk4-demo) and hover over it.

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor looks pixelated.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should look crisp like in other apps.
