STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new vector layer.
2. Create a new shape with the polygon tool.
3. Select one of the points with the Edit Shapes Tool.
4. Right click the point and select Make Curve Point if it isn't one already.
5. Right click the same point and select Symmetric Point
6. Try to move the handles of the point, it will not be symmetric

OBSERVED RESULT
Using the Symmetric Point option on a vector point has no effect.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect the Symmetric Point option to enable both handles of the selected point to move simultaneously, but this is not the case.

Hi, thank you for your report.

I cannot reproduce this with the Krita Version: 5.2.0-prealpha (git 5c98a72) Appimage with Qt 5.15.7, nor with Krita 5.1.4...

Maybe there's something about the tool with which the shape is drawn? I tried both polygon and path myself.
