SUMMARY
***
When installing wayland in Kubuntu 22.04, I have issues with pasting screenshots to different applications:
-Kopano-deskapp (v3.5.10.2410+1355.1)
pasting screenshots just doesn't work in the deskapp. Pasting in the webversion (so from a browser like firefox) did work as expected
- Slack-desktop (v4.29.149 64-bit)
pasting screenshots from spectacleresults in a .bmp file being pasted, which the users need to download and open before they can view it. When using Xorg, this results in the screenshot being directly viewable for all users in the channel.

Also sometimes copy (ctrl-c) didn't take (like with spectacle) and I got paste results from the first copy (ctrl-c)
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kubuntu, update to latest
2. Install wayland package
3. use spectacle to create screenshot
4. paste to slack/kopano-deskapp

OBSERVED RESULT
- Kopano/slack/spectacle work differently (or do not work at all) with Wayland under kubuntu 22.04. But it does work as expected in Kubuntu 22.10

EXPECTED RESULT
- When using Xorg in 22.04, everything works as expected. With the wayland it does not. Although with the same apps in Kubuntu 22.10 and wayland everything works as expected.

Haven't seen this anymore in 22.10, 23.04, 24.04 and Neon unstable. Not sure it still happens on 22.04 but as there has been no other reports, we can close this as far as I'm concerned.
