STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Navigate to System Settings, Workspace Behaviour, Desktop Effects
2. Click Get New Desktop Effects button
3. Look at the dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
Window title is "Download New Window Manager Effects".
Text in top-right is "Window Manager Effects".

EXPECTED RESULT
Window title is "Download New Desktop Effects".
Text in top-right is "Desktop Effects".

kcmkwin/kwineffects: Adjust "Name" in knsrc file

In the QML code we set the text of the KNS button to `i18n("Get New Desktop Effects...")`.
Consequently we should use the same terminology in the knsrc file.
