From Krita 5.1.4 (to be release this week), this will be disabled on Android. |
Created attachment 154568 [details] The result of changing the resource folder and the 2 errors which occur after the restart SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In Configure Krita->General->Resources select a new empty resource folder by clicking on the button 2. Allow Krita access to files when prompted 3. Restart Krita OBSERVED RESULT After the restart Krita fails to launch. It shows two errors: 1 almost immediately and the next one after several minutes (see screenshots). After the second error the application exits. The only way to make Krita start again I could find was to delete the application data through Android settings (hence critical severity) EXPECTED RESULT Krita should initialize and use the the newly set resource folder SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Android 12 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Tested on the tablet Samsung S6 Lite
