STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Apply Motion Tracker
2. Change frame shape to ellipse
3.  Add blur
4. Press Analyze 

OBSERVED RESULT
Project monitor outputs a colored ellipse  over a rectangular blurred box.
Setting frame shape to 0pixels results with no border, but still rectangular shape.

EXPECTED RESULT
Project manager to output an elliptical blur.
Only opaque fill Blur Type returns expected result of elliptical shape.
Shape Width makes no difference

Notice blur effecting image outside of ellipse.
