Same problem here. Dolphin is invoking vim (default editor) with some weird command line arguments.
This blocks the integrated terminal by keeping vim opened. See screenshots

When this happens, appears the error: "Warning: The program </bin/zsh> was closed unexpectedly" EXPECTED RESULT Integrated terminal works well all the times. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.0.0-1-MANJARO (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0 Qt Version: 5.15.7 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The problem is not critical, if I open a new window of Dolphin, the integrated terminal works in that new window.
