Connecting a device to another by using an hotspot on one of the devices is not possible. The hosting device does not show up devies, while the client device is able too see the hosting device.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make an Hotspot on one of the devices (no Internet connection)
2. Look at the listed devices on hosting
3. Look at the listed devices on client

OBSERVED RESULT

Unconnectable

EXSPECTED RESULT
Connectable
