SUMMARY
I tried to add this very useful tool into toolbar, but wasn't able to find it in "Actions".
In my humble opinion having it in tool bar is much more handful than clicking through menu to select this tool.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. RMB on toolbar
2. Click Configure Toolbars
3. check every actions for every tool bars

OBSERVED RESULT
Missing action "Keyboard Macros" 

EXPECTED RESULT
Action "Keyboard Macros" to would  be possible to add it into toolbar

Add a toolbar for keyboard macros plugin.

With this commit its possible to add a keyboard macros action menu to
the toolbar if wanted.
